FAQs

  • No! You don’t need to live in the US, we have worked with clients all over the world and have the ability to order functional labs in most countries.

  • Unfortunately we do not right now (we hope so in the future!) however some clients have had success paying for coaching and labs with their HSA/FSA, but that will be dependent on your insurance provider, not us.

  • Yes! We request any labs you’ve had done in the last 3 months. If the labs are older or we need any functional labs, we will need to get new labs, including GI Maps, OAT, Total Tox, DUTCH test, and bloodwork.

  • You don’t need an official diagnosis to work with me—but more you understand your symptoms and goals, the better I can support you with personalized lifestyle shifts that actually make a difference. Every body is different, and this journey is yours—I’m here to help you get to the root cause tune in, take action, and feel more like you again.
